Hello and Welcome! I'm a writer, spoken word artist, and certified Journal to the Self®  instructor. For over twenty years, I've been an acupuncturist working in mental health and addiction recovery, and I have witnessed the power of writing for healing and self-growth in my own life and in the lives of others. 
My own journaling practice has led to various creative endeavors, such as a book and spoken word meditations and poetry. When I learned about Journal to the Self, I was excited-this is how I want to contribute and help others. I hope you will join me for a workshop, take advantage of writing prompts I offer, or listen to a short meditative message designed to encourage and inspire you to live the best life you can.
