Marcy Sproull

Hello and Welcome! I'm a reading specialist, journal coach and writer, and a licensed acupuncturist who has worked in the field of mental health for over 23 years. I have a master of science degree in reading education, and have over 15 years of teaching experience.

I work with both children and adults, and provide instruction in word recognition, phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. I offer specialized reading support for teens in recovery and mental health treatment centers, and I am a certified RADT.

My love of reading and writing has led to various creative endeavors, such as writing a book as well as creating spoken word meditations and poetry. When I learned about Journal to the Self, I was excited to see how I could contribute and help others.
